Supporting and Promoting Independent Living
Welcome to Chaucer Homecare’s Website.
Chaucer Homecare was established in 1995 as a specialist provider of support to people experiencing mental ill health. We became an independent registered charity in 1997. We are a Kent Social Services Preferred Provider and also provide Floating Support through Kent County Council’s Supporting People Team. We also accept private referrals. We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) to work with vulnerable adults.
