• We are securing links with local employers to find work and voluntary opportunities.
• We are working with Mindful Employer initiatives to encourage local organisations to provide work placements.
• Webb’s Garden is currently evolving a partnership with local pub/restaurant, The Granville, in providing them with fresh vegetables for their seasonal menu and looking into working more closely with their Head Chef, Jim Shave to provide training opportunities and skills development in a professional working environment.
