Floating Support
Our specialist mental health Floating Support service is provided through the Kent County Council Supporting People Team and is available to anyone aged 18 or over.
Floating support enables vulnerable individuals to sustain their tenancy, where without such support that tenancy would be in jeopardy.
If you have worries about losing your tenancy and are experiencing difficulty in paying bills, getting organised and are struggling with day to day tasks, a floating support worker can support you in housing related tasks e.g.:
Organising your benefits, paying bills and debt management |
Maintaining your tenancy |
Organising daily tasks |
Developing domestic and independent living skills |
Help in gaining access to other services |
Help in establishing social contacts and activities |
